· United Surface Solutions (Chatsworth, Georgia) will be the first U.S. SPC manufacturer to produce leading digitally printed and digitally engraved SPC flooring products.

· United Surface Solutions has purchased and is currently installing Barberan’s world-class digital printing line using ZEETREE digital inks and texturizing consumables.

United Surface Solutions and Unilin Technologies are pleased to announce their licensing cooperation with respect to texturing and digital printing technologies, allowing United Surface Solutions to utilize the broadest patent portfolio in the digital printing space today.

Spain-based Barberan’s advanced digital printing and texturing machines and consumables developed by Italian company ZEETREE have resulted in this incredible digital offering. The solution has been specifically designed with the purpose of enabling ultra-high resolution printing directly on the plate, advances in the wear layer to offer AC5 class scratch resistance and state-of-the-art digital embossed textures and durability never seen before in SPC products.

Unilin Technologies is one of the pioneers in digital printing technologies for flooring and has been granted the most relevant and comprehensive patents on digital texturing, such as the first blockchain patents US 11,198,318, granted on December 14, 2021 and US 11,236,514 granted on February 1. , 2022.
