Industrial Profile Wrapping Lines
Barberán’s modular system allows for the configuration of coating lines for profiles made from a variety of materials, such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, plywood, HDF, MDF, etc.) and aluminium and PVC, amongst others.
The coating materials can include wood veneer, paper film or thermoplastic, etc. The independent modules offer a wide range of different configurations that can be adapted to each manufacturing process.

Wrapping for Aluminium and PVC Profiles
Our Wrapmaster series is specifically designed for coating aluminium and PVC profiles. In these processes, the application of a primer or pre-treatment with atmospheric plasma are key factors in ensuring perfect adhesion on materials with low surface tension.
All our wrapping machines can optionally be equipped with our quick tool change system. This system can be manual or automatic (motorized) and performs quick tool changes for up to three different profiles to be coated.
Our wrapping machines can have an application width of up to 1310 mm, which means that, in addition to standard profiles, panels and their edges of this maximum size can also be wrapped.
For fleece backing veneer in strips or rolls to avoid breakage during wrapping. Barberán offers the RCN and RCH series backing machines to apply the fleece with PVAc or PUR hot-melt adhesive.
Apart from the flexibility of composition and extension of wrapping lines offered by our modular system, there is also the possibility to design machinery for customized production according to special customer requirements.
We offer machinery for slitting paper or thermoplastic foil rolls for subsequent wrapping or application of PVC edges. We have saws for direct cutting on the roll or unwinding, cutting with knives and rewinding of the segments on mandrels (cardboard cores) independently at the outfeed of the machine.
Cutting modules
Our cutting modules and trimming machines refine edges and integrate seamlessly into production lines. These modular, efficient and scalable systems ensure a flawless finish without compromising production speed.
The auxiliary machinery that we design and produce allows us to compose complete lines, being all the components of our brand; feeders, transfers, conveyors, stackers, etc. In short, all the components necessary to produce with a Barberán wrapping line.
