· If you contact BARBERAN to inquire about products and services offered, BARBERAN will treat your data to respond to your request. 

+ The data that could be subject to processing in this case are your first name, last name, company in which you provide your services, position, professional e-mail and/or telephone number.

–  In this case, BARBERAN will process your data with your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. 

* After three months from the last communication from you, BARBERAN will delete your data.

 
To send you commercial communications by mail or telephone

·  BARBERAN may contact you by mail or telephone using the corporate media that you have informed or that are accessible to the public. Communications may relate to products and services offered by BARBERAN, as well as industry news.  Assess your application to join the BARBERAN team

· In the event that you submit your application through the web application to join the BARBERAN team, your data may be processed to assess your professional skills and abilities, as well as to call you for a face-to-face or virtual interview.

–  The processing of your data to send you these communications will be based on the adoption of pre-contractual measures.

+ In order to evaluate your application, BARBERAN may process your first name, last name, age, gender, place of residence, education, professional experience, skills, means of contact and any other personal information that you include in your application.

* Your data will be retained for the purposes described in this section for one year from receipt. In the event that in that period of time you are called to a selective process in BARBERAN and finally not chosen, your data may be retained for an additional year.

 
TARGET
 In the course of its business, BARBERAN may communicate all or some of your personal data to third parties. In particular, BARBERAN may communicate your personal data in the following situations:
 
Communication of your data to persons in charge
If you have provided your data to BARBERAN in any of the situations described in the point “DATA PROCESSING CARRIED OUT”, BARBERAN may communicate your personal data to third party companies that provide support when carrying out its activity. These companies are in charge of the processing of BARBERAN and with them there are signed the appropriate contracts of assignment of treatment that ensure that your data will be treated at all times in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and applicable regulations. In particular, BARBERAN has signed contracts with entities that provide the following services:
 
  • Computer maintenance.
  • Office automation, cloud hosting and email.
  • Commercial actions and loyalty building.
  • Advice on data protection matters.
Moreover, as a result of the service provided by certain providers, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In particular, the use of tools provided by Microsoft or Google may involve your data being partially transferred to the USA, where these companies are headquartered. In such cases, any international transfer of data will take place in accordance with the GDPR and, in particular, through adequacy decisions or through the standard clauses provided by the European Commission and the adoption of additional measures as recommended by the European Data Protection Board.
 
Communication of your data due to legal obligation
In case of legal obligation, BARBERAN shall communicate your data to authorities, administrations, courts or courts in accordance with applicable laws.
 
RIGHTS
You have the right to exercise your data protection rights before BARBERAN at any time. To do this, you must write an email to gdpr@barberan.com. In your letter, you must indicate your name and surname and the right you wish to exercise. If there is any doubt as to your identity, BARBERAN shall ask you for additional information to ensure that you are entitled to exercise your rights. In particular, you are entitled to exercise the following rights free of charge, provided that these are not unjustifiably repetitive requests:
 
 Access
You have the right to know what data BARBERAN treats about you, for what purposes, where it comes from, to whom it has been communicated or how long it is kept.
 
Rectification
You have the right to request that your data be corrected BARBERAN files when they have become obsolete or have not been properly incorporated.
 
Suppression
You have the right to request that BARBERAN erase all personal data it retains about you. BARBERAN will not be able to satisfy your request if it must continue to process your data to perform the contractual relationship or if it must keep them by legal obligation. In the event that the above circumstances do not apply and, therefore, BARBERAN must satisfy your right of deletion, your data will be blocked in accordance with the regulations on data protection before the possible exercise of legal action. After the period of 3 years of prescription of legal action, your data will be completely destroyed.
 
Limitation
You may request the limitation of the processing of your data when you contest the accuracy of the data; when the processing is unlawful, but you object to the deletion; when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, but you need them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims; and when you object to the processing and it must be verified whether the legitimate interest of BARBERAN prevails.

Opposition
You may object at any time to BARBERAN treat your data when the treatment happens on the basis of their legitimate interest, including sending commercial communications and profiling. In that case, BARBERAN will stop using your data for these purposes. However, BARBERAN may refuse your right of opposition if it needs the data for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
 
Portability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for transmission to another data controller. You may exercise this right when the processing is based on your consent or contractual performance.
 
Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to freely withdraw your consent at any time when that was the legal basis on which BARBERAN was processing your data. In addition, you have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
