Industrial Lamination Systems and Machinery

We offer solutions for single-sided or double-sided lamination of MDF, chipboard, timber and wood-based panels. Our machines are designed to work with EVA, PUR or APAO hot-melt adhesives, as well as two-component UF or water-based PVAc adhesives.

The “Compact Line” and “KL” series offer accessible and efficient options for laminating panels up to 1600 mm wide. The “Compact Line” is designed for hot-melt adhesives, while the “KL” series is ideal for water-based adhesives and two-component urea-formaldehyde. Both series optimize lamination with an excellent quality-price ratio and versatility for various industrial applications.

Indexing lines for the indexing of panels with laminates in sheets or foil in rolls. The lines are basically composed of a brush cleaner, a gluing machine, an indexing table and a press with foil unwinder (optional).

High production laminating lines of the “BLT” series. Panel widths from 1400 to 2200 mm. Robustness, high speed and reliability in production.
