Mechanics
In Barberan we manage the entire production chain with precision and detail. Our process starts from the reception of the raw material, where we work with a wide range of materials, especially those with a metallic base.
Subsequently, milling, painting, sheet metal cutting, followed by assembly and welding, are among the essential processes each component undergoes to achieve the highest standards. Our machining section guarantees precision in processing key parts, while the warehouse meticulously organizes each component for efficient assembly. In the electrical section, the integration of electrical systems is performed, incorporating the most advanced technology.
Finally, the specialized production line assembly ensures that each machine adheres to the exact specifications of every customer, allowing for seamless testing and full operational readiness.
G6 Software
The G6 software, developed by Barberan, is the control system specifically designed for Jetmaster printers. With an easy and intuitive touch interface, it allows for efficient control and maintenance operations.

For more than a decade, Barberan has been developing single pass digital printers for the furniture and flooring industry, achieving high quality prints that imitate wood, stone and other designs at high industrial speeds.

Atmospheric Plasma Coating of Profiles
We are proud to be pioneers in the industry with the Neoflex adhesive solution used in the profile wrapping of PVC windows with atmospheric plasma without the need for priming.
We carried out several demonstrations of our system together with Neoflex, Vemaliar and Renolit, highlighting the features and advantages of this new state-of-the-art technology for the furniture, profiling and decoration industry, as well as for other materials with surface challenges of low energy and emissions.
Jetmaster Cloud technology
Jetmaster Cloud offers a centralized system to analyze Jetmaster printer data anytime, anywhere. It provides information on production, costs and maintenance, and allows you to view the history of meters printed, production times and possible incidents. The data is sent securely to the cloud managed by Barberan and processed by CIER software. In addition, they can be downloaded to be integrated into management systems or to generate productivity reports.
