Barberan stands out for its modern installations of more than 35,000 m², located in Castelldefels, Barcelona, one of the most strategic location which facilitates the air and sea transportation of goods.
The company has six workshops dedicated to the manufacture of machinery, differentiated by its integral manufacturing process.
Barberán systematically adapts its processes to the specific requirements of each customer, enabling rapid adaptation in production to meet their needs. This approach ensures that customers can launch their own tailor-made machines on the market, offering a competitive advantage significant compared to other manufacturers.

Varnishing and Digital Printing Room
Our constant effort in research and development of new technologies has led us to have a 300m2 I+D laboratory in addition to our existing ones. 2400m2 of laboratories, fully equipped, for laminating, wrapping, coating, varnishing and digital printing tests and trials.
Our laboratories are at dispositionof all our clientes,universities, I+D centers and suppliers of consumables used in our lines, in order to be able to make all kinds of industrial testing.
Wrapping and Laminating Room
Barberan’s coating and laminating room is the epicenter where the test and perfect our technologies cutting-edge. Here we carry out exhaustive tests to ensure the quality and efficiency of our processes, ensuring that each machine meets the highest standards prior to market launch.
Laboratory
Barberan has a I+D laboratory, with an area of 300 m², key in the development of new technologies and innovative processes all through testing.
A wide range of tests with inks and products which include; stress testing, where we evaluated the resistance of the inks under different conditions of use; pruebas de densidad, to ensure uniform and accurate coverage; and drop speed tests, that allow us to analyze the accuracy and consistency of the inks when applied to different materials.
In addition, in our laboratory investigan new formulations and finishes, ensuring that our machines are always at the forefront of market needs.
Showroom
The showroom is the space where we exhibit our products finishes, highlighting the quality and precision that characterize us. Here, customers can see first-hand our advanced technological solutions and appreciate the manufacturing excellence of each piece of equipment and industrial system. This environment allows visitors to experience firsthand the final result of our innovative production processes.
