SLX Flying Cut-Off Saw
Module for cutting profiles on the fly at a maximum speed of 60m/min. The saw goes down, cuts along the profile, goes up and returns to its initial position. Suitable for our wrapping machines PUR-33-L, RP-30 and PL-32.
Diagonal Cutting saw SD
Module for cutting profiles up to 450 mm wide. The saw cuts the profile crosswise and, as it is coupled to a diagonally positioned guide, the guide follows the profile towards the outfeed during the cut. Suitable for our profile cutting machines up to 450 mm width.
SLV Cutting Saw
Saw for continuous cutting of mouldings and profiles, drawer sides, etc., coated in vertical position to one or multiple programmable lengths.
SV Cutting Module
Module for cutting profiles, strips and panels up to a width of 560 mm that have been vertically wrapped. Suitable for our DW series drawer side wrapping machines.
ST Cross-Cut Saw
Module for cutting profiles at a speed of 80 m/min. The saw cuts the profile crosswise and is coupled to a sliding carriage which makes it follow the profile towards the outfeed during the cutting process at high speed.
SCT Cross-Cutting Module
Module for cutting between panels together to separate them at the outfeed of the line. Lateral unloading.
PC Profile Cutters
Cutters for trimming profile ends. The PCL model accelerates the profile to stop it, so that two saws cut the ends of it.
