Indexing Table IT-D
Table for the two-sided application of laminate sheets on the panel glued on both sides from the rack, prior to the final pressing. First the bottom laminate is placed on the table. The glued panel is moved over it by bars with discs until it coincides with the bottom laminate. A stopper at the infeed holds the panel in this position so that the bars then move in the opposite direction and place the panel on top of the laminate. The upper laminate can then be placed from the shelf.
IT-L Indexing Table
One-sided indexing table especially for long panels. Includes sheet stacking area and an indexing ramp. It is possible to automate the process with a suction cup feeder, photocell and motorized ramp for the movement of the sheet synchronized with the arrival of the panel.
