This automatic priming station can be installed on a wrapper bedframe and allows to precisely control the product quantity for each of the applicators felts.
The module includes quick-change system for the applicators and HMI screen for independent grammage control for each felt.
Thanks to its controlled pumping and dosing system, we can achieve constant primer output, accurate grammage, and uniform application.
Our special design for the applicators guarantees their complete impregnation with primer. Quick change system allows to change the felt without moving its support.
