Wrapmaster Series

Wrapping machine for PVC or aluminum profiles, using paper or PVC foils and PUR hot melt adhesives.

The adhesive is applied by a slot nozzle.

The Wrapmaster includes all essential processes for wrapping non-porous profiles (PVC / Aluminum).

It includes a priming station with an automatic dosing system for a constant flow and uniform application.

The system allows to achieve a precise programmed quantity of primer for each of the applicator pads and in accordance with the speed of the line.

Applicator pads are specially designed for a homogeneous application and their quick-change system allows to make the change without moving the support. which simplifies the cleaning process.

In addition, Wrapmaster is equipped with a specific transport system for PVC / Aluminium profiles.

There are different options for increasing the output of a wrapper:

Quick change systems for tools: cassette, manual or automatic revolver – to shorten the downtimes for profile change.
Pre-programmed profile “recipes”, remote control, RFID position verification for tools, automatic production start and stop, and management of the production data, Industry 4.0.
Double spool for automatic or manual foil change without production stops with options for web control and electronic brakes.

Manual quick tool setup system

Optional equipment for wrapping machines, which allows the operator to set up the machine in just a few minutes being ready to wrap. The system consists of a drum that carries toolbar rows oriented according to each profile shape.
