To recommend one or the other, we would need to get the information on foils to cut and customers´ cutting requirements.

TP

Machine for cutting spool sections directly from a mother roll with the help of a circular blade saw. With this machine, we can cut the paper foil, CPL, or veneer spools up to 2200 mm in width.

The spool to cut is positioned on top of a base formed by two motorized rollers that spin during the cutting process.

The speed of the saw is controlled through a frequency converter, so the approach and retreat speed are faster than the cutting speed.

TP-HG

Unlike TP roll cutting machine that mostly works with paper rolls, TP-HG is designed to work all types of roll materials including thermoplastic foils, thanks to a disc cooling system for reducing the temperature generated by the cutting friction. With this machine, we can cut spools up to 2200 mm in width.

In this type of machine, the spool changeover to working a different format is much faster since you just need to change the spool without any prior preparation in the machine.

TF

Machine to cut paper, finish foil, plastic materials, CPL, or veneer into thinner strips without compromising the width of the mother spool. In this machine, we can work spools up to 1600 mm in width.

The cut is performed by a set of circular blades and counter-blades doing multiple cuts, and the strips are rewound directly after the cut in independent spool cores.

TFG

Machine to cut relatively thin and elastic PVC spools into thinner strips without compromising the width of the mother spool. The cut is performed by Gillette type blades and we can work spools from 700 mm to 1600 mm in width.

TFC

Machine to cut thick plastic materials and melamine into thinner strips for edge bands. In this machine, we can work spools up to 700 mm in width.

The cut is performed by a set of motorized circular blades and counter-blades doing numerous cuts, and the strips are rewound directly after the cut in independent spool cores.

Improved unwinding and winding systems make it faster and easier for the operator to prepare the roll to be cut.
