Kitchen worktops laminating / postforming system

HPL Laminating of kitchen tops with edge postforming system for small radius up to 1,5 mm.

The line includes feeding, positioning, and guiding of the HPL sheet. A perfect match of the HPL on the board is granted.

The tailor-made gluing process includes PUR gluing on the board and PVAc glue application on the foil end for wrapping the edges. Completely finished board in one pass and speeds up to 15 m/min.
