Enhanced capacity laminating lines

We manufacture high efficiency laminating lines for different applications, types of glue, and overlaying material. Installations specifically designed for PVAc, UF or hotmelt glue that deliver perfectly laminated boards ready for handling at the outfeed.

Lines for single-sided or double-sided board lamination including separation cut and foil surplus trimming as well as the latest technological advances for more efficient production.

High productivity line for PVAc/ UF adhesives

Panel preparation

The laminating process for chipboard, plywood, MDF/HDF, gypsum, or other board types always starts with double-sided cleaning and preheating.

Gluing

The line can be equipped to apply PVAc adhesives on the panel, on the foil, or on both, also hardener on the panel and urea-formaldehyde (UF) glue to the foil, single or double-sided: features that make these lines very versatile.

Overlaying materials

The laminating lines can overlay paper and plastic foil (PET, PVC and PP or similar). Top and bottom double unwinding station include splicing.

After the lamination, the process foresees rotary cutting devices for panel separation and optionally also trimmers for the lateral foil surplus.

Centralized control

The line may include a centralized control panel that allows the operator to set all parameters from one place. Data such as speed, temperatures, foil splicing, and other functions as well as different working modes like “butt to butt” board feeding or creating a gap and the cleaning modes.

High productivity line for PUR adhesives

Panel preparation

The laminating process for chipboard, plywood, MDF/HDF, gypsum, or other board types always starts with double-sided cleaning and preheating.

Gluing

The installation can be prepared to apply the PUR or other hot melt adhesive to the panel or to the foil in a single or double-sided process.

Overlaying materials

The laminating lines can overlay paper and plastic foil (PET, PVC, and PP or similar) and also high gloss foils. Top and bottom double unwinding station include splicing. After the lamination, the process foresees cutting systems for panel separation and optionally also trimmers for the lateral foil surplus.

Centralized control

The line may include a centralized control panel that allows the operator to set all parameters from one place. Data such as speed, temperatures, foil splicing, and other functions as well as different working modes like “butt to butt” board feeding or creating a gap and the cleaning modes.
