Barberán introduces the new Wrapmaster

Designed for PVC and aluminum profiles

Barberán decides to focus on PVC and aluminum profiles with a new wrapping machine, using PUR hot-melt adhesive.

Specially designed for the window sector, Wrapmaster is a wrapping machine that ensures maximum productivity and efficiency, following European standards.

Wrapmaster is equipped with a priming station with an automatic dosing system, synchronized with the speed of the machine to apply the desired grammage of water- or solvent-based primer with the highest accuracy. This primer station includes felt applicators, which guarantee a homogeneous application at all times. A quick-change felt system makes it possible to remove them for cleaning and reassemble once clean on the spot.

Thanks to specially designed wheels for a greater grip of PVC / Aluminum, the machine ensures great stability of the profile during transport and perfect wrapping quality, even at high speeds.

The Wrapmaster incorporates all the essential processes to wrap PVC/Aluminum profiles. There are different optional elements to increase productivity, such as quick tool change systems that allow to speed up the machine setting times for different types of profile, double unwinders with manual or automatic splicing for a non-stop-production or data management systems with “Industry 4.0” applications created by Barberán.
